Through examinations of land- use, pedestrian traffic and vehicular accessibility, initial site analysis found the community of Dalhousie to be aligned strongly along its horizontal axis with a continuous green belt running perpendicular. The ability to densify along the perpendicular axis allows segregated parts of the community to come together through a series of public and residential interventions.
