Downtown: Railway

The downtown site encompasses the CPR right of way from 1st Street W to 1st Street E, and includes pedestrian underpasses and adjacent vacant land. Site question: how can we connect the downtown across the railway?

Inner City: Laneway

The inner city site encompasses three laneways directly east of the Sunnyside LRT station. One is called 9A Street, one is between 3rd and 4th Avenues, and one is between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. Site question: how can we intensify the inner city using laneways?

Middle Ring: Greenway

The middle ring site encompasses the park corridor that runs north-south between the Rundle and Whitehorn neighbourhoods, east of 36th Street. Site question: how can we connect people and ecologies in the middle ring using greenways?

Periphery: Highway

The periphery site encompasses the ring road (transit utility corridor) lands at the intersection of 17th Avenue SE and Stoney Trail, as well as the undeveloped land to the east of the intersection. Site question: how can we create good commercial space at the periphery highway?
